This puppy/dog is in good health and free from communicable diseases, as far as it appears to the eye at time of sale.
The Purchaser has the right to take the puppy/dog to the veterinarian of their choice, at their expense, within 3 business days of picking up their puppy .
If the purchaser does not do this, they accept the puppy/dog "as is" at time of sale
ANY life-threatening disorder must be verified, in writing, by a licensed veterinarian and presented to me within 3days of the vet check, and in case of death, along with necropsy results.
Ear mites, worms, coccidia , hyperglycemia , pinched nostrils & small hernias are not serious health problems, if treated,
and are not covered by this warranty. If the puppy is re-vaccinated before three-week intervals, this contract will be null and void.. Any evidence of neglect or abuse will also void this contract. NO REFUND,NO REPLACEMENT!
Tiny dogs and small puppies are subject to get hyperglycemic,if they go off their food.
Make sure your new puppy is fed freely and at will ,and fresh water given every day..
I recommend feeding canned puppy food for the 1st couple of days, if you don't think your new puppy isn't eating enough.
WE reserve the right to have the puppy/dog examined by our veterinarian prior to any adjustments.
We do Not guarantee color or size of puppy at maturity.
We assume no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlords disapproval,
allergy or any other undesirable circumstances.
YOUR new puppy should NOT be socialized outside of the family, until he/she has a series of puppy shots. This would include at least three shots to protect against communicable disease. A Vet records of vaccines and fecal's will be needed to validate this contract.
IMPORTANT REMINDER No money is ever ever returned . we will roll your money over to another puppy of equal value and appearance . If you cancel your purchase there will be no refund, period !
A one (1) YEAR health guarantee is given on congenital/genetic life threatening conditions of the
heart, kidney & liver.
Deposits are NOT refundable
If illness occurs,dog is to receive immediate vet care and all prescribed treatment is to be followed.
The puppy will not be replaced if it should die from conditions resulting from
abuse,neglect,hypoglycemic conditions or accident.
I am to be notified immediately of the death. You the buyer ,are Responsible for the vet bills to diagnose or treat the puppy for any kind of condition after the purchase/pick up date.
All documentation , including registration documents if applies , vet records, including vaccine records,must be provided to me, before the buyer can be placed on a list to receive a replacement puppy on the next litter. If you purchased a puppy without registration papers,you need to keep the green card/vaccination card that was sent home with your puppy,
